Our yoga classes are pre-recorded to allow you to do them when it’s convenient for you and as many times as you like. Gone are the days of trying to juggle your life around a class timetable. You can now simply fit the class in whenever it suits. Take our yoga classes as a pay-as-you-go basis or as part of a tailored wellness solution that includes some of our other services.

Yoga For Mental Health: Prices

You can pay for our classes on a per class basis for just £5/class! Alternatively, all classes are available to Links Wellness members as part of their membership. Our monthly membership starts at just £20 per month – that’s less than £5 per week!

We can also include yoga for mental health as part of a bespoke wellness package tailored to your needs. This may include other services, such as mental health coaching, talking therapy, physical training or diet and nutrition support.
