LINKS Wellness was originally founded in 2021 by CBT therapist, Phil Crosby.

Prior to this, Phil spent nearly 15 years employed in the corporate world before making the switch to become a therapist. During this time, he voluntarily set-up a male mental health support group which he facilitated in his own time. Little did he know that this would completely change the course of his life.

Getting more satisfaction from this line of work, he decided to qualify as a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) practitioner, achieving a Level 5 Distinction. After a company restructure in 2020, Phil decided the time was right to walk away from the corporate world and pursue a career in something that he was incredibly passionate about – helping people by improving their mental health.

Today, Phil is an experienced wellbeing coach that works alongside a team of experts to help people overcome their mental health struggles and achieve a positive mindset.

Our membership option provides an ongoing, mental maintenance solution at the affordable price of just £20/month.

For just £20 per week, you have access to a qualified wellbeing coach, online exercise classes and so much more. Our range of mental wellbeing services include Mental Coaching, Physical Coaching, Diet & Nutrition Coaching, Relaxation Therapy, Yoga and more. Designed to get you to the healthy end of the mental health spectrum and keep you there.

40 min therapy session each month

Although Phil’s specific focus is on mental health support, he was always of the belief that our mental and physical health go hand in hand when it comes to our overall wellbeing.

That’s why as well as offering therapy services, it was important to link with a network of professionals that cover all aspects of wellbeing. This includes personal trainers, nutritionists, physios, meditation experts, yoga teachers and massage therapists, ensuring all bases of your wellbeing can be catered for as required.
